To secure all appointments, there will be a 50% non- refundable deposit on all services. We accept Visa or Master card. The balance will be charged the day of services. A 100% charge on all no show appointments. There will be no refunds given to the clients once the salon staff have left your suite. If there are any concerns about services, it must be brought to the attention of the staff member at your suite, so the situation may be resolved before the staff leaves. Services are available before & after hours at an additional cost. There will be an $100 hourly waiting charge per technician, if staff arrives and is waiting on you to begin services. All appointments are reserved especially for you so please consider the time booked out for you when coming to your suite or location.
